The incorporation of the company dates back to the year 1996. Taking advantage of the opportunity extended by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, the company established the refining unit on 25th March 2001, at Kakinada. During 2004 Dryfraction and Interestrification plant have also been installed. Now the company is now entering into the field of manufacturing Biodiesel.
