I am sriram, i am shifted my house to new location 5 days back, upto now i called so many times but no one can check the location still. worst worst worst worst worst worst worst worst service.
The worst front desk people we ever see are here,no quick response,lack of knowledge in technicians.The attitude is not friendly and need to learn a lot as to how to talk to the customers.On a whole a worst service in kakinada and do not approach them for a Internet Connection.
awesome to have the connection but hope they have more flexible plans for home user with low rent possible at high speed

I use this service earlier, i never saw this kind of worst broadband service .Please don't prefer and don't entertain these kind of service providers.
It's a stupidst service ever all over world.excel service running by non intellectual ,worthless ,mechanics rather than engineers.better stop ur service n start mechanic shed.atleast giv Gud service there r u I'll b kicked out of service by customers
i have an internet connection that i faced too many problems through them like lack of communication, response, much more. they are irresponsible persons to customers. noone can take the connection from them.
excel one of the best n/w at cheapest cost,but at present the customer service is gradually getting decrease ,the gratitude towards the customer is not showing as the past
very wrost service. i complaint manager. manager is wrost person. employee pratush is good person.
i am excell media employee. my engineers are not capable on the network. that's the reason excell media servies is not good. i request dont take internet connection on excell media. its true........
very wrost services. no proper respose. dont take the connection. Go to the Bsnl or city online.
Bsnl is better & city online is very excellent serives. very good custmor care.
I ws use`g from past 1 n half year , the network ws quite gud bt from past 6 month the service vry bad n nw jumped 2 city online n there service is vry vry vry gud n nw m vry happy with there service.
the service is really worst. they will not at all take care of complaints,
please increase th speed 521kbps as quickly as possible. so please try better your service. now your going to top in kakinada. i hope excell all over india. and become number one. all the best. and please increase the speed as quickly as posiible......................
